Cess pit and interceptor maintenance

Maintenance of the systems should take place as often as required; generally, however this is 3-6months. You can also have an alarm or beacon placed onto the system to make you aware of the volume of waste in the system should you need to reactively maintain the system. Once the drain/chamber itself is clear its important to ensure the internal tanks of the system are cleared and washed down to ensure any debris allows the system to flow and work freely.

This could be from petrol fore courts, hospitals, commercial distribution sites and grease traps.

Drainage clearance

In some examples its not possible to complete drain clearance without the use of vacumation, that why our experience drainage operatives are on hand with our vacumation team to ensure the waste is removed as required to allow investigation and clearance.

Planned maintenance of grease traps

Despite every best effort (FOG) waste continues to cause problems within the drainage system, however a well-designed and maintained FOG management system greatly reduces the risk and consequence of a blockage. Regular emptying and cleaning of both the trap and associated pipe work with jetting gives great peace of mind against blockages moving forward.

High pressure water jetting is the most common and recommended means of cleaning and clearing drains and other surfaces both internal and external.
